It is up and running at last! What? Sheesh, where have you been? – The English Teaching Space that’s what. Yes, I know, I know – a) I need to calm down and b) explain.
The English Teaching Space is a new website for teachers of English in Schools. It is supported by the Training and Development Agency and all three English Associations here in the UK. With a group of others, I have been helping in a very small way to shape it, but most of the credit goes to Adrian Burke and James Bullock for creating (at last) a place for English teachers to share, well, just about everything really.

Let’s see, on (in?) the space you can: record and share CPD; share resources; chat; send messages (text, audio & video); create groups; and even post advertisements! The site is ‘media-rich’ and, although it’s still technically ‘in beta’ (that’s ’second or third draft’ for non-techy folk), it’s ready to receive new members. That’s where you come in…
What are you waiting for?
